Doug Bland is an experienced marketing executive and entrepreneur with a long history in the Sports industry. Bland served as Director of Marketing for Roger Penske Motorsports and International Speedway. Corporation where he was responsible for multi-million dollar marketing and sponsorship campaign’s. In 2000 Bland put his expertise to work for himself when he founded DirtCar, Inc. When Doug sold the company in 2005, it was known as one of the Racing Industries premier sanctioning bodies. At that time Doug’s knack for leveraging business-to-business relationships within the Sports Industry had produced sales and distribution channels accounting for millions of dollars in revenues for his clients. In the fall of 2014 Bland reunited with long time business associate Terry Dickerson to work with Mesquite Arena. Doug attended the Illinois Valley College and the University of Illinois where he studied Business Administration and marketing. Doug has recently relocated from Southern California to Rockwall, Texas.

JR Girskis

Brian "JR" Girskis, an entrepreneur deeply rooted in the Quad Cities, where he leads a fulfilling life surrounded by his loved ones. At Suburban Wholesale and Supply, Brian has steered the ship as President, overseeing their growth, strategic direction, and overall progress. Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian finds immense joy in his involvement with the Boy Scouts of America, offering his leadership and support to this impactful organization.

Away from the hustle of work, Brian's heart belongs to the serene northern woods of Wisconsin, where he indulges in his passion for nature, trees, wildlife, and water escapades. A proud alumnus of the University of Iowa, Brian extends his community engagement through volunteer work with organizations like Lions Club International, Knights of Columbus, and the National Rifle Association.

During weekends, Brian unwinds by immersing himself in the local sports scene, cheering on teams like the Steamwheelers, Storm, or RiverBandits. If you ever fancy a chat, catching up over a beer at a game sounds like the perfect plan to connect with JR.

Darin Wilson

Darin Wilson, a dedicated father and family man from the Quad Cities, finds his greatest joy in spending time with his loved ones. He shares his life with his son Griffin and his partner Amanda Kosarek, and together they raise a lively and loving family that includes stepchildren Kaylee, Kaiden, Keira, Karinne, and Kam. He especially enjoys planning trips to Walt Disney World, where the entire crew can escape, laugh, and make lasting memories together.
