Tickets
Tickets held for pickup at the venue are available anytime that the Box Office is open. On event nights reserved orders can be picked up at the "will call" window. A valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card are required in order to receive tickets. Note that it is common for many tickets such as VIP packages, tickets left by a team or artist, and those purchased through an artist fan club to only be available for pick up on the day of the show. Please ask for and pay attention to delivery specifics when you arrange for your tickets. The Box Office will accept tickets from individuals for pickup by another party. You may be asked to present an ID so that we can document the source and time that the tickets were left. Bag Policy
- The Vibrant Arena has a "no bag" policy. Bags will no longer be permitted in the arena, with exception of small clutch purses (5" x 7" by 2"). Clear bags of larger size are not permitted.
- Small diaper bags are permitted when entering with a child age 3 and younger
- Laser pointers, cans, bottles, knives, weapons, explosives, fireworks, and any materials deemed harmful are not permitted within the Vibrant Arena.
- Pets or animals (with exception of service animals), beach balls, frisbees, helium balloons, and noisemakers deemed inappropriate to the event.
- The Vibrant Arena is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed on our exterior terraces only. Electronic cigarettes may not be used within the venue.
Guest Information A-Z
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Beer and wine are available for purchase along the concourse inside the gates.
Beverages/Food: Outside food and beverage, including water, may not be brought into the Vibrant Arena.
Cashless Venue: The Vibrant Arena parking lot attendants only accept credit and debit cards. No cash is accepted for admittance into the parking lot. The Vibrant Arena concession and merchandise stands accept only credit and debit cards. No cash is accepted for food, beverage, and retail purchases. Guests holding cash may purchase gift cards at designated locations within the venue to use at vending locations. The Vibrant Arena Box Office does accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards for ticket purchases.
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. The Quad City Steamwheelers support the Indoor Football League Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Field Access: Field access prior to the game is limited only to those individuals with a proper credential. Following the game, fans are invited to participate in the post-game meet-n-greet which takes place on the field. Please DO NOT enter the field by jumping over the padded walls.
Firearms: In accordance with the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act (430ILCS 66/65), no firearms are permitted within the Vibrant Arena.
Merchandise: Officially licensed Steamwheeler merchandise is available for purchase at Classical Graphics locations throughout the stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium.
Photography: Cameras with detachable lenses and selfie sticks are prohibited. Commercial photography is prohibited.
Re-entry: Re-entry is not allowed. Must have new ticket for admission.
Restrooms: Men's, Women's and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Throwing of Objects: Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium and/or onto the field will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. For individuals ejected from the stadium, a ticket refund is not available.
