Wheeler Fans, welcome to the game 15 preview for your Quad City Steamwheelers. This time around, the sQUAD will lock horns with the Tulsa Oilers on Saturday, July 13. The game will kickoff at 7:05 pm CT and will be broadcasted on the official IFL YouTube channel.

About the Steamwheelers
The sQUAD is coming off an amazing home win over the Sioux Falls Storm, in overtime. The Wheelers struck first as Mike Irwin found Jarrod Harrington in the endzone in the extended period, with Kyle Kaplan adding to the total with a good extra point, making it a 45-38 game. Sioux Falls instantly fired back with a touchdown of their own, making it a one-point game. The Storm lined up for a 2-point conversion to win in overtime and the pass was incomplete to seal a Steamwheelers win.

About the Oilers
Tulsa's last matchup was a tough loss to the Green Bay Blizzard, with the Blizzard dominating throughout the contest. Tulsa did not score a point until the second quarter and they only scored three touchdowns in the entire game. Eventually, the Blizzard ran the score up and ended the game with a 54-20 win over Tulsa.

Last Time Out
The last time these two teams met, it was an intense matchup with both teams jawing and getting aggressive with each other. The Tulsa players were even getting chippy with the Steamwheeler coaches and fans. The Oilers, however, came out with the win 72-59 over the Wheelers, notching the 1-0 lead in the 2-game season series between the teams.

Offense
Andre Sale - QB // TO - Sale has shown his offensive prowess so far with the Oilers. In his last game, he threw three touchdowns and 137 yards on 14 completions.Â
Edward Vander - RB // QCS - The scoring machine known as Edward Vander has been silent but deadly. In his last outing against Sioux Falls, Vander was loud and proud, bagging three touchdowns and helping lead the sQUAD to victory.

Defense
Brian Hughes - DB // QCS - One of the newest members of the squad, Hughes has solidified his spot on the defense with his hard hits and his ability to disrupt opposing offenses. In his last game, he picked up five total tackles including three solo and four assisted, along with half a tackle for loss.
Kaytron Allen - DB // TO - The former Steamwheeler has been taking advantage of his time in Tulsa. In his last outing, he picked up seven total tackles, one tackle for loss, and two pass breakups.Â
