The last time these two teams met, the Quad City Steamwheelers defeated the Green Bay Blizzard 49-31 at home in the TaxSlayer Center. This time, the Wheelers travel to Green Bay, WI to face a Blizzard team that just put up a dominant 55-14 win in Bismarck vs. the Bucks.

At the wheel for Green Bay is quarterback Jack Sheehan who completed 15 of 17 passes for 232 yards, 8 total touchdowns (7 passing, 1 rushing) and only 1 interception last week. He's only thrown 4 interception all season, with 1 going to Quad City DB Tajik Bagley in Week 8. Green Bay's defense complimented their high-powered offense, forcing 6 turnovers and holding Bismarck to only 40 yards passing.

The Wheelers will look to bounce back from a 63-47 loss vs. the Barnstormers in Week 9. Quad City out-scored Iowa 37-28 in the second half, but it was too little, too late. QB E.J. Hilliard Jr. threw 3 interceptions, but also put the ball in the end zone 8x with 3 touchdown passes, 3 touchdown runs and 2 two-point conversion runs.

In the losses to Frisco and Iowa, Quad City gave up an average of 65.5 PPG. In the other 6 games this season, they've held opponents to nearly half that—27.8 PPG. There's no denying the fact that Quad City sports one of the most dominant defenses in the indoor game. When they're at their best, they've proven they can slow down anyone, including Green Bay.
